Publish your work
Papers go through international peer review, and selected articles are forwarded for publication in Scopus-indexed outlets, subject to editorial decision. Four publication routes are available, from the conference proceedings to a Scopus journal or book chapter.

Compete for awards and commercialisation recognition
SPARK 2026 awards a Grand Champion, Category Champions, a Commercialisation Award, an Industry Impact Award and Most Market-Ready Innovation. The Global Bizwar & Coopfest Challenge carries cash prizes for the best cases and placings, alongside Gold, Silver and Bronze recognition.

Taking part sharpens critical thinking, creativity, communication and presentation, and exposes your work to national and international innovation evaluation standards.

Experiential learning, confidence in presenting your own work, and recognised innovation achievement that adds to graduate employability. School participants earn PAJSK points (JPN).

I-CERI 2026 runs three programmes side by side. Each has its own registration, fee and deadlines — join one, or more than one.
I-CERI Conference 2026
International research conference
Present your research to an international audience — in person at UMK or online via Zoom. Papers undergo international peer review, with selected articles forwarded for publication in Scopus-indexed journals or book chapters, subject to editorial decision.
SPARK 2026
Innovation & commercialisation challenge
"From Ideas to Impact, From Innovation to Market"
Turn an idea, prototype or product into something market-ready. Open to everyone from school students to industry across nine focus areas, with a special focus on solutions that carry measurable impact and market potential. Entries are judged on both innovation quality and market readiness.
Global Bizwar & Coopfest Challenge 2026 (Case Study Competition)
Business case study competition
"Battle of Minds, Not Just Business"
Build a high-quality business case from a real entrepreneurship issue, and defend it. Two tracks — Teaching Case and Research Case — covering technology-driven and sustainability-oriented business practice, with cash prizes and a route into the challenge proceedings and IJECS.

International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Case Study and Innovation (I-CERI) 2026
I-CERI 2026 is an initiative of Pusat Penyelidikan Keusahawanan dan Inovasi Global (GERIC), which supports public conference organizing and research publication. It welcomes empirical research, concept papers and case studies, across both quantitative and qualitative work, alongside innovation outcomes.
The conference brings academics, researchers, postgraduate students, industry and innovators together to present the latest findings — supporting Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK)'s internationalization agenda and its growth in high-impact publications, particularly in Scopus-indexed journals.
